3. Shape the conversation

4. Open a door
To assist other people to open a door so that they can walk thru
" if I ve missed any issues you want to address, please tell me now "
or "If I m off target based on the new information u have, now is the time we should discuss it. Anything come to mind ?"
5. Folllow thru as necessary
" so that is where we are currently I'd like to have a few moments to update u next week at this time. Can we set that up ? "
6. Cautions
#When asking ,think out your Questions to consider others feelings. People will think differently than you. The most innocent Question could be taken wrong by an insecure person. Don't make the Q a setup or threatening, people aren't comfort won't provide true n useful answers
# Don't ask Qs to get the spotlight or for Q sake
